Our Services
CNC Milling
With our precise CNC machining centers, we produce components to exacting standards — from compact Mini Mills to our 2300mm bed machine, we can offer complex components and high-precision parts in fast turnaround times and at very competitive rates.
CNC Turning
Our CNC lathes turn up to 800mm diameter and 3000mm length with high accuracy and surface finish. Smaller machines handle batch work with excellent repeatability. Live tooling and bar feed capabilities boost efficiency, enabling us to offer milled and turned components at competitive cost.
CAD CAM
We use the latest CAD/CAM software to quickly and efficiently convert your models and drawings into CNC-ready programs. This streamlined process maximises production efficiency and ensures we make full use of our CNC machines’ capabilities.
Design
We offer Mechanical and Electrical Design using the Autodesk suite of software including Inventor, Fusion, AutoCAD LT and AutoCAD Electrical. All designs are reviewed by Senior Designers and approved by the client to ensure quality and technical accuracy.
Surface Grinding
Our grinding solutions deliver high-precision tolerances and premium surface finishes. We specialise in refurbishing and grinding custom press tools and dies with fast turnaround to meet tight deadlines.
On-Site Maintenance
We support site maintenance, installations, shutdowns and outages with Safe Contractor Accreditation. Our services include trial builds, mechanical fitting, PUWER testing and through our parent company CORE, full electrical and control support.
Quality / Measurement
All of our manufacturing follows our ISO 9001 accredited quality Management System. We provide full traceability and inspection, consistently delivering Quality Grade 2 components for the UK nuclear industry.
Welding and Fabrication
Working alongside our trusted supply chain, we offer turnkey supply of welded, fabricated and machined items—from procurement to final inspection—for a complete, first class service.
